30-Day Returns
Unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to Start a Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you a returns label and instructions.
Electrical & Fitted Parts
Electrical components that have been installed cannot be returned unless they're faulty. Please check compatibility before fitting.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different part instead? Let us know when you start your return and we'll arrange an exchange rather than a refund.
